About Monique Faux-Weeks
Buying and selling your home is an exciting and sometimes overwhelming time. You need a coach, confidant and trusted advisor for your journey. Perhaps, you could call her a navigator.Monique Faux has been in the Real Estate Industry since the 1990's. Her career choices have included, real estate sales, title and escrow and home staging. All of this experience benefits you as the client to guild you through the processes of finding or selling your next home.
In 2004, a Real Estate management opportunity presented itself after Monique earned "Rookie of the Year”. She became the Team Leader/Manager of a Spokane real estate office in 2005 which brought her and her family of 4 to the Pacific Northwest. She immediately found her heart being pulled to the beauty of Coeur d’Alene and bought a house and has resided in Coeur d'Alene ever since.
Monique prides herself on being an advocate for her clients and aligns herself with a team of professional partners to assist with her Buyer and Seller's needs, including Staging, Painting, Handyman services, Inspectors, local Lenders, Insurance and Escrow companies.
It’s been said that moving is one of the most stressful occasions of one's life. With Monique Faux at your side, you will find you have a trusted and knowledgeable advisor by your side and on your team.
And, in the event you find yourself lost in the woods, Monique will be there as well. She is a full-time volunteer for Kootenai County Sheriff's Office Volunteer Search and Rescue team throughout the year. Although, you might not see her climbing the highest mountains or the lowest valleys, if there is a need for hot coffee and a nutritious warm meal, she is there!
